Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will get a shipping notification email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 will be applied to orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45.98.

Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure stable inventory and efficient delivery, we ship from our strategically located regional distribution centers.

  • Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package through our website or directly via the carrier’s official portal.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Okkototogo is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order.

All additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please send photos to support@okkototogo.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or full refund for items damaged during transit.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Okkototogo is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but later lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier right away.
