1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet these requirements:

  • Items must be in the original, unused condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Authorized Returns: Once approved, we will provide detailed return shipping instructions.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Any packages sent back without prior approval will not be processed or accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Okkototogo covers all return shipping fees.

  • Customer Preference: If returning due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Inspection of Damages & Discrepancies

We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us at support@okkototogo.com right away. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale products and digital gift cards

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must still be unused and in original packaging.

7. Refund Disbursement

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Allow 10 business days for our internal processing.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds.
